Cream Puffs

Cream puffs are small, crispy, hollow rounds of choux pastry that are split in half and filled with sweet cream or custard, then dusted with a coating of powdered sugar.  These little European desserts offer the perfect taste and texture contrasts to warm, melted chocolate fondue.  Choose from dark, milk, or white chocolate and pair with fresh strawberries or a range of other dipping items.
