Payment Methods Accepted Payment is accepted at the time of set up in cash, money order, or business check. Payment must be completed before set up. Late payment fee schedules are outlined below. Checks should be made out to Chocolate Fountain Expressions If you require additional Vendor Forms or have any questions about payment for you event, please contact us directly.

Late Payment Fees:

If payment is not made within five business days of your event, there will be an additional processing fee of $25. An additional 15% will be charged after 30 days, 25% after 45 days, and 40% after 60 days. This fee schedule is subject to change.
